Now you can receive electronic versions of your eligible checking and savings account statements through your personal Internet Banking account. You must have NetTeller Online Banking in order to sign up for e-Statements.
e-Statement benefits include:
· Ability to view, download or print an electronic version of your e-Statement that looks just like the paper statement you receive today.
· E-mail reminders sent right to your personal e-mail address whenever a new e-Statement is available.
· Automatically stops delivery of your paper statement and help reduce the risk of mail fraud and identity fraud. If you find you prefer paper statements, you can deactive this function at any time.
To sign up:
Step 1. Please log in to your NetTeller account.
Step 2. Once you’ve signed in, click on the e-Statements tab.
Step 3. Check the box “Select to activate e-Statements” and select the accounts for which you want to receive your statements electronically.
Step 4. Confirm your email address. If it is not accurately reflected, please change it to the correct email address under the Options tab.
Step 5. Review and agree to the terms contained within the disclosure, by Clicking “I Agree” then click Submit.
Step 6. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you designated in Step 4. Please follow the instructions within the email to finalize the enrollment process. It’s important that you follow the instructions to confirm your desire to enroll. This allows you to begin receiving your statements electronically!
Step 7. Select another tab to exit from this screen.
