This card, featuring the Visa® logo, allows business deposit account owners or authorized signers and selected employees to make Visa purchases and have ATM cash withdrawal access using the funds available in their business checking account.

Monthly Maintenance	No monthly maintenance fee.
Account Access	Access to checking accounts only, no savings accounts.
Daily Transaction Limits	$510 ATM and $2,500 point of sale (like a grocery store). Limits may be increased with Loan Officer approval.
ATM Transaction Fees	Free ATM transactions at any Community National Bank ATM, or at any on-site Wells Fargo Instant Cash ATM (except in California). $2.00 foreign withdrawal fee applies to all other ATM withdrawals.
Liability	The Visa Liability Waiver program will assist product users in recovering losses incurred through the Visa Business Debit Card misuse by terminated employees. *Certain restrictions, limitations, and exclusions apply.
Lost/Stolen Card Service	With the Visa Lost/Stolen Card service, reporting a lost or stolen card is simple. Just call Visa Customer Service at 1-800-535-8440, and a Visa representative will work with you to notify the appropriate parties and replace your card.
Acceptance	Visa Business Instant Cash & Check cards are welcome everywhere Visa credit cards are accepted.
Other Features	Each card has a unique Personal Authorization Number (PAN). This makes your record-keeping simple because the last four digits of the (PAN) are included on each debit card transaction on your statement.
